“Is the program still open?” has become the first question in investment migration — with good reason: since 2022, five major golden visas have closed or been gutted, and three more changed their core terms. This tracker answers it for every major program, with the date each status was last verified. Bookmark it; we update it as rules change, and volatile programs are re-checked monthly.
